   Proposal Description:
   Large population-based studies reported a higher prevalence of hearing impairment and vision loss among elderly people with dementia compared to the general population. This study aims to investigate the impact of hearing loss and visual impairment on cognitive decline as well as to evaluate the effect of the use of hearing- and vision-enhancing interventions on cognitive function in mild cognitive impairment and dementia cases.
